Welcome to My Memiora. By downloading or using the app, you agree to the following terms.
1. Use of the App
My Memiora is designed to help users record personal stories, memories, and photos to create a memoir. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate the rights of others.
2. User Content
All stories, text, and photos you create within My Memiora belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Your content is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. If your device is lost, damaged, or reset, your content may not be recoverable.
3. PDF Export
When you choose to generate a PDF, your content may be securely transmitted to a third-party service for processing. This is necessary to create the formatted memoir document. Content is not stored after processing.
We do not guarantee that PDF generation will always be available or uninterrupted.
4. Purchases
My Memiora is offered as a one-time purchase. Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. We do not store or process your payment information.
All purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies.
5. App Availability
We strive to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee that the app or all features will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Features may change or be updated over time.
6. Limitation of Liability
My Memiora is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
loss of user data
interruptions in service
issues with third-party services
any indirect or consequential damages
7. Third-Party Services
The app may rely on third-party services (such as PDF generation and email delivery). We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to update or discontinue the app or any feature at any time.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
